                       Caught Doing it Right           July  2010

This "Caught Doing it Right" is a Combined Recognition!!

RMC Events' success has been no secret.  We've focused on hiring

Good People First and our 1000+ staff certainly represent that.

Next, we ONLY hire thru those Good People.  Over 92% of our current staff

have come to RMC Events on the referral of another staff member!

That is Amazing and Terrific!!

During the Summer of 2010, we will hire an additional 100 staff members

in Charlottesville and 150 in Richmond.  As a matter of fact, we've already

hired and completed training with 50% of those numbers!

We'd like to recognize the HUNDREDS of you all who have referred your

friends, family, neighbors, and others to RMC Events.  It is because of your

support, energy, trust, and dedication that we are who we are today!

THANK YOU to ALL of you who have referrals in the Summer of '10 Hiring Period!!!
