Originally from Woodstock, Virginia, Allison graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Recreation Management in December 2020 and most recently became a “Double Duke”, graduating with her Master of Science in Sport and Recreation Leadership in May 2023. Allison spent time working for JMU Athletics in Facilities and Events and the Duke Club.
Currently residing in Harrisonburg, Virginia, when she isn’t working, she is spending time with her family, watching baseball, or listening to Taylor Swift.. and of course, rooting for the Dukes!

Account Manager - Western Events
Allison recently joined the RMC family in April 2023 as an Account Manager in Harrisonburg after working with James Madison University (JMU) Athletics during her time in undergrad and graduate school at JMU. In this role, Allison manages personnel operations for various clients in the Harrisonburg and New River Valley regions.
