Bob resides in Hanover County with his wife, 2 daughters, and 1 son. His interests include weight training, running, cycling, and golf.

Bob has been part of the RMC family for fifteen years where he focused on the area of Asset Protection and serving as the company's Law Enforcement Liaison. In 2015, he retired as a Lieutenant from the Henrico County Police Division after almost 26 years of service. At that time, he joined the company full time to work in the HR Department as the Director of Training, Staff Performance, and Special Operations Group (SOG). Bob has worked extensively with the University of Virginia Police on the Ambassador Program in the Charlottesville/UVA market.
