In December of 2018, Chris accepted a part-time position in Human Resources as the Staff Performance & Investigations Coordinator. He also assists with instructing DCJS courses for RMC personnel and continues to serve on the Special Operations Group.
Chris is an avid Dallas Cowboys and Washington Nationals fan and enjoys history, camping and spending time with his wife and children.

Chris joined RMC Events in August of 2018 as a part-time event staff member and as a member of the Special Operations Group. He retired from law enforcement in July of 2018 after 29 years of service with the Henrico County Division of Police and the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office. Chris has a diverse law enforcement background that includes uniform patrol operations, school resource, training, personnel, homeland security and criminal intelligence. He is also a certified DCJS instructor, a FEMA instructor and a Gang Specialist through the Virginia Gang Investigator’s Association. While serving with the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office he served as a point of contact for the Richmond Joint Terrorism Task Force, the Virginia Fusion Center and the Virginia Emergency Operations Center. Chris retired as a Sergeant of the Youth Services Unit with the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office.
