Daisy is originally from Columbus, Georgia, where she grew up both on and off stage at the Springer Opera House, the state theatre of Georgia. After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Point Park University in stage management and technical theatre, she traveled the country, working in theatres, theme parks, and cruise lines. When the entertainment industry shut down in 2020, Daisy took the time to refocus and transition her skills to human resources and recruitment. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Human Resource Management from University of Richmond. When not working or studying, Daisy enjoys reading, gardening, and watching reality television with her husband and cat.

Daisy joined RMC Events in January 2022 as the Senior Recruiting Manager. In this role, she helps lead the recruitment efforts in the Eastern and Western markets for Events and External operations from finding prospective new hiring to getting them through the training process. Prior to joining RMC Events, she was the Area Coordinator for Securitas Security Services.
