Jordan Thomas

HR Generalist

Originally from Virginia Beach, Jordan moved back to Richmond in 2021 after an exciting education path! She completed her undergrad at Virginia Wesleyan University, then received her masters degree from Bellevue University. After college, she joined Mickey and worked for The Walt Disney Company in Florida, but transitioned to an HR career after moving back to Virginia. Jordan started with the RMC family in December 2023 as an HR Generalist, assisting with everyday HR and recruiting functions, like interviewing and on-/off-boarding.

In her free time, you can find her at the movies or hosting movie nights with friends as a big movie buff! She also enjoys crocheting and embroidery, reading, cooking, and spending time with her significant other!
