Prior to joining RMC, Lowell worked at the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office, where he retired as a Sergeant after twenty-five years of service. He worked in physical and courtroom security at the Henrico County Sheriff’s Office prior to joining the Hanover team. He also earned the privilege of being selected as a School Resource Officer, serving Hanover County Public Schools, assisting in the development of today’s youth for twelve years.

Lowell is a native of the Richmond area where he attended Benedictine College Preparatory. When not at work, he enjoys home renovations, vehicle restorations, football, and adventures with his wife and three daughters. Did we mention, he is also a realtor!
