Devan Darnell
Assistant Account Manager - Western Region
Devan joined the RMC Events family in 2017 as a part-time Events Staff Member. And in 2022, she joined the Front Office Staff as an Assistant Account Manager for the Western Region in Harrisonburg. In this role, Devan works closely with Josh Tutwiler to manage personnel and operations for various clients in the Harrisonburg and New River Valley Regions, including JMU Athletics.
Originally from Chesterfield, Virginia, Devan graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from James Madison University. And in May 2023, she will receive her Master of Science in Sport and Recreation Leadership from JMU. Before joining the RMC Events family full-time, Devan worked in the Office of Admissions at JMU as an Assistant Director.
Currently residing in Staunton, Virginia, when she isn’t working, she is spending time in Queen City, working on home improvement, and cheering on the Dukes.
