Emma Thurston
Assistant Director of Human Resources - Recruiting
Emma began working with RMC Events in September 2019, serving as the HR External Operations Recruiting Manager. In this role, Emma is the primary contact for applicants and prospective new hires throughout the hiring process and provides information on company operations. She leads RMC Event’s recruitment efforts including representing the company at job fairs and planning hiring events.
Emma attended High Point University for her undergraduate degree and received and her Master’s Degree from the Center for Sport Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University. She is originally from Worcester, Massachusetts but has lived in many places including North Carolina, Pennsylvania & Colorado. Prior to joining RMC Events, Emma worked as a Youth Development Coordinator with the YMCA and managed a ski school at Granby Ranch Resort in Granby, Colorado. In her free time, Emma loves cheering on her beloved New England Patriots. She is excited and honored to be part of the RMC family!
