Justin Dillon

Western Region​

Justin currently serves as the Account Manager for James Madison University and is based in the Charlottesville office. In this position, Justin is responsible for the management of our personnel and operations/logistics for all James Madison University Athletic events, Other Harrisonburg area events, as well as areas west of Charlottesville. Justin was born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia. Justin attended Charlottesville High School and graduated 2006 where he went on to pursue his Associates Degree at Piedmont Virginia Community College where he graduated in 2009. Once completed he transferred to Radford University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management in 2011. Justin loves to give back to his community by volunteering at his local Fire Department. Justin came on board for RMC as a part-time employee in 2011 eager to learn and grow with the company. Justin spent five years as Store Manager for The Vitamin Shoppe in the Charlottesville area, learning and growing his knowledge as a manager. In January 2016, Justin came on board as a full time Account Manager. Justin has brought high energy to his position, he explains, “working with RMC Events is like a third family, we all love the company and we work together to accomplish great things throughout the year.”
