Renae Berry
HR / Western Region - Recruiting Manager
Renae joined RMC in 2021 as the Western Region Recruiting Manager. In this new role, Renae focuses on recruitment for events and unarmed security personnel in the Charlottesville, Harrisonburg and New River Valley area.
Renae is a Staunton, Virginia native and former Valley educator. After two decades in North and South Carolina as a corporate HR program manager and sports marketing manager, she has returned to the area and resides in the Charlottesville area.
When not finding great people for RMC Events, Renae enjoys outdoor adventures with her family, catching up with friends and renovating her “fixer upper” home.
