**If your DCJS Card is lost or damaged, complete the following steps ASAP**

Please notify HR that your card is lost or damaged by calling 804-353-7621 or emailing hr@rmcevents.com
Our HR Department will be able to assist you with ordering a replacement card from DCJS.

DCJS charges a $34 fee for replacement registration cards.  This fee can be paid via check or credit card (*there is a $2.00 convenience fee added to any credit card payment*)
