Stacey Shippey
Senior Account Manager - Western Region
Stacey joined the RMC Events family in 2016 as a part-time Events Staff member. In 2018 she joined the Front Office Staff and has held roles in both our Richmond and Charlottesville offices. Starting with our Human Resources Division, she made the switch to the Event Division in 2019 and is currently a Sr. Account Manager on our Western Region Events team. In this role, Stacey is responsible for managing our personnel and operations for a multitude of clients in the Charlottesville area, including John Paul Jones Arena, UVA Athletics, UVA Darden School of Business and the Alumni Association as well as the Paramount Theater.
Born and raised in Rome, Georgia, Stacey attended Georgia Highlands College where she studied Business Administration. Since moving to Virginia in 2014, Stacey has worked with the Richmond Kickers, SMG and the Richmond Flying Squirrels (AA-affiliate of the San Francisco Giants). Currently residing in Charlottesville, Virginia, when she isn’t working she can be found exploring the area visiting wineries and local restaurants, trying out new recipes and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide.
