Aileen O’Donogue

Aileen is born and raised Virginia! Originally from Winchester, Virginia, she spent two years at James Madison University and finished her undergrad degree at Virginia Commonwealth University in December 2022 with a major in interdisciplinary studies and double minors in business and mass media.

Aileen started with RMC Events in January 2023 as an HR Coordinator and quickly excelled into the role of Employee Relations Manager. She has since moved on to bigger and better things, taking on the role of HR Recruiting Manager, where she gets to interview and hire all of our amazing new team members!
