Tillar Bagby

Tillar, who is a native of Charlottesville, recently graduated from Longwood University and is currently a member with the Piedmont Valley Soccer Association as a certified U.S. Soccer referee. During his time at Longwood, Tillar served as a supervisor for Campus Recreation and the Intramural Program for three years. When not in the office or working at an event, Tillar enjoys officiating sports, spending time with his family and girlfriend, and cheering for his favorite sports teams. Go Wood! Go Hoos!
